The Ikal 1150 wines at Villa Montez were created by former Tyler residents who moved to Mendoza, Argentina to plant a vineyard and make wine. The Ikal 1150 Malbec pairs especially well with the Argentine style skirt steak. The Ikal 1150 Chardonnay has a crispness that goes perfectly with the lobster tacos con mango salsa. Try the full bodied Ikal 1150 Cabernet Sauvignon with the traditional mole ("mowl-ay") enchiladas and bone in rib-eye over charro beans.
