Cova is unique to Houston. A boutique retail wine store with a popular wine bar and bistro attached. Customers may browse from among 500 different bottle selections where they can enjoy on or off premise.
Guests dining at Cova receive the added benefit of an unparalleled selection of wines without the traditional restaurant pricing.
The bistro menu is fantastic. In the evenings, customers order from a menu of small and large tapas. Cold offerings include organic beef carpaccio and artisanal cheese plate. Hot tapas include Osso Bucco with a decadent butternut squash risotto, braised oxtails with chipotle potato puree, seabass, and many other offerings.

Eleven-fifty is proud to offer our wines at Cova and we invite our customers to try them in a venue truly unique to Houston. The high-altitude 1150 Cabernet Sauvignon was very slow to ripen and presented very round and soft tannins that compliment the fruit with a sweet and lasting finish.

About Cova Wines
Deep golden color with enveloping aromas of tropical fruit, citrus hints, and minerals. A nice balance of vanilla and toast inspire complexity and elegance. Initially sweet and concentrated in the mouth with balance and complexity that flows into a fresh and lasting finish.
Deep red color with intense aromas of dark fruit, spices and minerals meld with oaky vanilla. An elegant, richly concentrated wine with complexity and structure.
Intense inky color with violet hues. Plum, ripe cherry, and floral on the nose with dry fruit and mint hints. Great concentration and complexity with sweet, voluminous tannins and a lasting finish.
