Like many of the Manhattan and Buenos Aires retail shops where co-owner Marco grew up, Aviary is both a retail home decor store and a wine bar. The furnishings create an inviting space where guests can chill out with a bottle of wine or enjoy a glass while shopping. Always changing, Aviary is a space that defies convention.

Aviary features boutique and hard to find wines on its ever changing wine list including a new wine made in Argentina by fellow Texans, the Ikal 1150. Shoppers may sample our Malbec and our high-altitude Chardonnay. Occasionally available, our Torrontes and Pinot Noir are an added treat.

Ikal 1150 is an estate winery and vineyard producing five 100% varietal wines in Mendoza, Argentina including Torrontes, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Malbec, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
We are also building a small luxury hotel and residences.
