The vines quench their thirst on the snow-capped Andes as the rich soil, the sun drenched skies and the wholesome atmosphere feed the fruit. Bringing about a fresh and lingering finish.
At 1150 meters or 3770 feet the sandy rocky soil makes the vines struggle yielding their best.
Grape selection during harvest and sort. Quick skin contact at low temperature, cold pre-maceration. Controlled temperature fermentation with selected yeasts.
Aged in French oak barrels 8 to 12 months. More than 50% with new French oak.
