Viticulture
At 1150 meters or 3770 feet the sandy rocky soil makes the vines struggle yielding their best.
Fermentation
Selected grape cluster sorting, gravity fed tanks, temperature controlled fermentation, cold maceration and post fermentation maceration.
Aging
Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Deep golden color with enveloping aromas of tropical fruit, citrus hints, and minerals. A nice balance of vanilla and toast inspire complexity and elegance. Initially sweet and concentrated in the mouth with balance and complexity that flows into a fresh and lasting finish.
