Ikal 1150 is a small estate vineyard producing five 100% varietal wines in Mendoza, Argentina including Torrontes, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Malbec, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Our name "Ikal" means "poetry" in native Mayan and "eleven-fifty" describes our elevation in meters above sea level where nature allows us to produce some of the finest wines in the world.
We are also building a small luxury hotel and vineyard residences.
About Hubbell & Hudson
Hubbell & Hudson was born out of a desire to bring a world-class culinary destination to The Woodlands, Texas. Our founder envisioned a culinary world where market, bistro and catering co-exist seamlessly under one roof. It makes perfect sense—provide a never-ending stream of the finest and freshest market ingredients to the creative minds of renowned chefs. From this, Hubbell & Hudson was born.
